PARAGRAPH, the fine non-alcoholic wine brand, expands its range with a French Chardonnay alongside its Spanish Tempranillo, bringing even More Ways to Wine.

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — PARAGRAPH today announced the launch of PARAGRAPH Chardonnay, a dry white wine crafted from 100% French Chardonnay, with the alcohol gently removed to below 0.5% ABV.

PARAGRAPH Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay and Tempranillo

Following PARAGRAPH’s inaugural Spanish Tempranillo, the Chardonnay introduces a new grape, origin and taste profile, with new food pairings and drinking occasions. It broadens the range while remaining true to the same ambition: creating serious wines for more moments.

“With a white, PARAGRAPH becomes more than a single wine. We’re opening up new pairings, new occasions and a different way into the brand, while staying true to the ambition we had from the start: to make serious wine part of more moments.”

Steve Arora, Founder, PARAGRAPH

PARAGRAPH Chardonnay is built around freshness, texture and balance. Stone-fruit aromas of peach and nectarine are complemented by crisp apple, lemon, brioche and subtle toasted hazelnut, with French oak adding texture and savory complexity. Bright and layered, it finishes dry, fresh and precise. A natural partner for seafood, roast chicken, soft cheeses and delicately spiced dishes, it can also be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif.

The grapes come from cooler vineyard sites in Southwest France, shaped by altitude and Atlantic and Pyrenean influences.

“With Chardonnay, I was looking for a wine that could combine freshness with real texture and complexity. The cooler sites we selected in Southwest France give us the natural acidity and fruit definition we need, while partial malolactic fermentation and French oak bring fullness through the mid-palate. The result is bright and precise, but also layered and complete.”

Duncan Shouler, Head Winemaker, PARAGRAPH

The Chardonnay was developed through tasting and blending sessions with Familia Muga, PARAGRAPH’s strategic wine partner across both red and white. Alcohol is removed using low-temperature vacuum distillation at approximately 86°F (30°C), with integrated aroma-capture technology. No flavors are added.

Different grape. Different origin. Different style. The same PARAGRAPH philosophy.

PARAGRAPH Chardonnay is available Oct. 1 alongside the Tempranillo, bringing both red and white into the range ahead of the holiday season.

Suggested retail price: US$ 38
