NEW YORK, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Spencer Stuart, a leading global advisory firm, today announced key leadership appointments as part of its longstanding commitment to supporting CEOs and boards address their most critical leadership priorities—from succession and transition planning through leadership effectiveness, transformation and value creation.

As part of this effort, Colin Graham has been appointed Global Head of Spencer Stuart’s Board and CEO Practice, effective immediately. Graham previously led the Firm’s Global Industrial Practice and has been a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Board, CEO and Private Equity practices.

Spencer Stuart also announced that Sandy Ogg and Chris Gagnon will join Spencer Stuart from leadership advisory firm CEO.works, adding deep expertise in CEO effectiveness, transformation and enterprise value creation. Their experience will complement Spencer Stuart’s established capabilities across CEO succession, leadership assessment and development, organizational performance and board advisory, helping the Firm connect CEOs’ business and value-creation agendas more deliberately with their leadership agendas.

Sandy Ogg, founder of CEO.works, will join Spencer Stuart as a Senior Advisor, and Chris Gagnon, will join Spencer Stuart as a Partner.

Graham has advised CEOs, boards and senior management teams for 25 years on their most consequential leadership priorities, including CEO and board succession, leadership assessment and development, and aligning leadership capabilities with business strategy. About Sandy Ogg

Sandy Ogg is the founder of CEO.works and has spent more than 30 years working with CEOs and leadership teams around the world. His work focuses on helping leaders identify the leadership practices, roles and organizational choices that generate value for stakeholders.

From 2011 to 2016, Ogg served as an operating partner at Blackstone, working with the firm’s portfolio companies. Previously, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Unilever, where he helped reshape the company’s operating framework and leadership system. In 2015, he was inducted as a Fellow by the National Academy of Human Resources.
