Led by co-founder Sinanaj Brothers, Jeff, Jack and Russ, Empire Steak House is preparing to open at 432 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, taking over the former CUT 432 Steakhouse location.

The opening represents another milestone in an extraordinary family journey that began at Brooklyn’s legendary Peter Luger Steak House, where the brothers spent years working as waiters, mastering the traditions of exceptional steaks, attentive service, and authentic New York hospitality.

Driven by ambition, dedication, and a passion for the restaurant industry, the Sinanaj Brothers eventually established their own steakhouse business. Over the following 21-plus years, they expanded their family enterprise throughout New York and into international markets, including Tokyo, Japan, and Hawaii.

Now, the brothers are bringing their signature New York steakhouse tradition to the vibrant dining scene of Delray Beach.
